The |> options are saved _only_ in project |> files. There is no main configuration file for RHIDE, per se. So your |> options change based upon what the current project file has saved in it. this is what i originally thought as well, however robert set me straight on this one. if you go into the directory which contains the rhide.exe and do 'rhide rhide' and set the options how you like them and then save, you now have default options for everytime you open a new project. it is in the faq but wasn't very clear i thought so perhaps it should be better worded or something. nik
