Do you want to use RHIDE only as a replacement for GNU make to work on your makefiles?? This will not work. RHIDE does NOT call any make program to build a program. It uses it's builtin rules to create the program and checking for dependencies. And the last sentence I also not understood. Why do you exit RHIDE when you want to build a project?? RHIDE does this for you (hit F9).
