I just picked up 3.2 (based on XR6.1) last week.
Beware, though -- the three main source archives are *each* over ten
meg.
(I let the download run overnight.)  You might want to look on the 
XFree ftp site for the expanded version of the source tree, so that 
you can just grab the Matrox stuff.
