AFAIK, `bash' uses the GNU `readline' library to read its input, and the DJGPP port of `readline' reads the keyboard in a way that doesn't know about the arrows and the rest of editing keys. Without changing the way `readline' works on MSDOS, I guess the answer is: you can't. (It is the same in GDB, btw.) Somebody should sit down and improve the port of `readline', IMHO.
