Hi,

     Does anybody know a way of altering the 256k limit on the VGA screen
allocation. The reason being, I wish to do an 8 way scroller via
XMODE+hardware scrolling. But with double buffering, block storage (to
allow for faster block blitting) etc 256k VRAM limit is just plain
annoying.
          Any help or alternative ways of scrolling in XMODE would be
greatly 
appreciated.
