No. Use mlp104 instead. PKLITE only works with real mode DOS programs (at least the version that is commonly used does, I think their WWW page also advertises something that can handle DLLs etc), so djgpp, Watcom, BC DPMI etc. programs are not working, I think. It will just compress the stub and ignore the rest.
