What I would really like to see is that somebody will try to compile GNU Emacs with DJGPP+RSXNTDJ and see if they can produce a native Win32 Emacs. Emacs supports Win32 right out of the box, but with VC++; the question is: can RSXNT do it as well? And if not, what's missing? Any takers? I can promise help with figuring out Emacs-related problems, but I don't have time to install RSXNTDJ and study it.
