Subject: DJGPP V2.01 on-line documentation


I have updated the on-line reference material on my web site to
correspond to the V2.01 documentation.  I have also added a
frames-aware libc reference and an include file browser, both
available off the documentation page.

I've also made minor renovations to the djgpp page and my home page,
which I hope will make it easier to use my web site.
