The info files for GNU make actually seem quite readable, but what I'm unsure of is whether it makes sense for me to try configuring a complex program such as GNUchess for djgpp before I have a better understanding of C itself. Any advice would be much appreciated. Margo Schulter "Someone on the Internet _does_ know that I'm an MS-DOG."
