OK, then try these commands (you shouldn't need to set TERMINAL and HOME for this to work): temacs -batch -l loadup dump stubify emacs stibedit emacs.exe minstack=512k mv -f emacs.exe ../bin Then try to run the newly produced emacs.exe.
