I used it and liked it very much, though the version I had made the loader generate signal 11 sometimes. Intel published up to 30% speed increase using the optimizations for benchmark tests ( yeah, story goes Intel contributed to it ). I never timed anything myself. Check out www.goof.com for the home page of the pentium compiler group. It is not precompiled for ms-dos, however, it might be possible to cross-compile from, for example, Linux.
