So, now I'm wondering what sound-libraries there is that I can use... I need to play Midi Files (.MID) and single samples (.WAV) and also modules (.MOD, .S3M, .XM etc.)... Games should support a wide range of soundcards too... I've looked into MikMod which only has support for modules, and no Midi... And Allegro which only has support for the SB family of cards...
