  Sir,
        
        Thanks for your reply.But still my question remains         unanswered.

        We are in need of a cross-assembler whose host machine
        is INTEL 80386 running MSDOS and target platform is
        PPC403GA. If any such cross-assembler exists then we
        want to know the whereabouts of that .
        If no such cross-assembler exists then we would like    
        to know the site for source code of primitive assembler 
        on MSDOS and what changes are needed to be done.
        Also tell whether DJGPP CDROM can serve our purpose.
        If yes, then we want to get it.
        We will be grateful if you can help us in this regard.
