Download the file `v2misc/csdpmi2b.zip' from the same place you get DJGPP 
and install it.  Also, I suggest you download the file `v2/readme.1st' 
and read it (it tells you about `csdpmi' and a couple of other vital 
things about getting started with DJGPP).
