I wrote to the author of less (Mark Nudelman) and he told me the same, and "I'll tell you when the pre-release is ready, so that you can test it." I didn't receive anything from him since then, but I found less-324.zip on his site (members.aol.com) so I just tried it. There seems to be a "extern int fd0" missing in ch.c, line 673, but apart from that all seems ok. Good job, obviously ! I'll go further in testing it, and comparing the way you (and ...? ) ported it to DJGPP, with the way I did it. Hope to hear from you soon, Eli ...
