You'd just have to separate the PC-specific fragments (there are not so many of them). I suppose it is possible to use Curses as the "real" output library while using TV for all the other stuff. That'd make TV really portable. And I think it's worthwhile as TV is quite a good piece of software. Another solution would be to use the library used by Midnight COmmander (they used to use NDCurses, but now have switched to some other lib - sorry I forgot the name) 3.2. MC works on Sun machines and so will TV with the lib (heck! What was the name - it begins with 'S' ;-))))).
