AFAIK, no. If you can make this happen, please do. All the GNU packages are steadily converted to support gettext, and DJGPP should have that support too (IMHO). Somebody with enough knowledge of code pages should port gettext to DJGPP. One problem that should be taken care of is that the ASCII codes used by gettext are different from what's used on MSDOS; I was told that GNU recode can be used to convert the text to the code page required on a PC.
