Ordering a reference manual is not cheating.  The HP PCL manuals are
an extremely good value; low price and complete information (unlike
other vendors I've dealt with).  The HP books do not come with
libraries.

Imagine if djgpp didn't come with documentation, and you had to figure
it out yourself...
