There probably is an updated version, but why reinvent the wheel? Emacs 19.31 compiles straight out of the box with DJGPP v2, and is much cooler. You can get it from the main GNU site at: ftp://ftp.gnu.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/emacs-19.31.tar.gz. Warning: it's BIG! AFAIK earlier versions of Emacs have various problems which prevent them from being compatible with v2. Many users reported this problem, and were forced to wait impatiently for 19.31. :) As for the location of updated x-libs, I can't help you there. John
