You seem to have some sort of problem with your unzip programs then, because DJGPP files are zipped in PKZIP format. The only thing I can think of is that you have an older version? You may want to post the version number that PKZIP reports when it runs, as well as a copy of the output. Oh, and this may sound stupid, but you *are* using pkUNzip to unzip the files, right?? If all else fails, try downloading 'unzip.exe' from the same simtel site; I think it's in the v2 directory, or try finding a more recent version of PKZIP on a local site or BBS. And while you're right that you can't read the FAQ without unzipping it; there's no mention of any unzipping problems in it because nobody's ever reported any! BTW, when you do get it unzipped, make sure you recreate the directory structure with the -d flag. Even experienced users sometimes forget and it causes no end of trouble when they do. ;) John P.S.: Just thought of something else - you may want to consider the possibility of a virus on your computer, or a faulty net connection that's causing errors with downloading.
