If you have djgpp at all, you should already have djasm.exe. Sources are in djlsr200.zip, since it's used primarily to build parts of the djgpp runtime. Note that there is pretty much NO DOCUMENTATION for djasm, other than the example (stub.asm). It's a single-purpose program.
