Please read section 8.13 of the FAQ.  You have in some way invalidated
the reference to the file 'djgpp.lnk', which is needed by the linker and
contains the references to the _ctor and _dtor labels.  Make sure that
your DJGPP environment variable points to the correct location of
'djgpp.env', and that 'djgpp.env' indicates the correct location of
'djgpp.lnk'.
