Are you serious?? Did you really expect the DJGPP FAQ to be an answer for ALL the possible questions in the world, including the question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. Yes, I know the answer to that one also (42), but do you *really* want me to put into the DJGPP FAQ??? I think it's more than enough to say ``Emacs compiles out of the box''. I expect people who want to use any package to at least read the files with names such as README, INSTALL and FAQ immediately after they unzip any new package. If they do, they will see the installation instructions for MSDOS that tell them what to do.
