Hi all,
  
   I've started a small program  that (if I get it finished) will reconise, 
and maybe, play CDs. The problem is I have all the info I need, but its all 
in assembler, so I'm trying to find C equivents to do either the same thing, 
or part of it. One part of the info requires getting the CDROM device driver 
name, so it describes how to do it in assembler. I've implemented it, but it 
doesn't work, maybe because I don't understand it. Anyway, is there a 
function that will allow me to get this device name? If not, is there a 
djgpp library (Freeware prefably) that'll has this in it? I need this name 
before I go onto anything else.
