It seems like the linker needs much more memory than the size of the libraries and object files it processes. First of all, you should check how much virtual memory you have available (go32-v2), if you are running under anything else than cwsdpmi (Windows etc), you could try to set the maximum available DPMI memory size as large as possible (e.g. 64MB in Win95).
