If you don't need the newest docs, take a look at djgpp v1, where you can find the docs in the files named as bnu252dc.zip, gcc263dc.zip and so on. The description of libc.a is contained in djdoc112.zip. The docs are in texinfo-format, so you can translate them by plain tex using the texinfo.tex package. Jens
