  Dear DJGPP'ers:
                   After 'giving a look' to the SWORD package I'm feeling
  really that I need to study C++ (well I know, not just C++, but ...).
  Can somebody out there recommend me a 'good' book on C++? I don't want
  to start a book war, I just need some help to choose a book. That way,
