There exists (but I cannot give any hints how to get it) a program Release, which monitores the setting of TSRs and, by user=B4s request, kills them and releases memory. There is one limitation: TSR may be killed if no other TSRs were started after this one and hooked interrupts, previously hooked by this. (Of cource, it is possible to kill them both.
