It has complete DJGPP source, which may or may not be helpful to anyone, but feel free to check it out. It should be moved into the msdos/programming/gamesrc directory sometime soon. It's called boboli.zip, and the long description (below) forgets to mention this: UNZIP WITH -d for directories!!!! Don't forget, or the game will crash, and you will be confused and email me, and will feel stupid when I tell you why. BOBOLI THE MIGHTY KNIGHT ------------------------ By Mike Hommel A top view action dungeon-crawl type game (similar perhaps to Gauntlet, but with items, inventories, and attributes), playable over a null modem cable (provided the two computers are using opposite com ports). Complete source, including all graphics libraries and such, is included. It's in protected mode C (DJGPP). Demonstrates a sprite system, tiled scrolling, PCX loading, COM port handling, and of course game stuff. Very minimally commented, though- you may not get much out of the source to the game. But the libraries should be fairly understandable. I hope. This is what-the-hell-ever-ware. Do what you want with it. I would like to hear questions and comments, though, and see whatever you do with it, if you actually do something interesting.
