Now RHIDE Beta5 is available. I have done many improvements against the Beta4 release. The documentation is in most parts complete rewritten and the source format for it is now Texinfo. In the binary archive is included the documentation in ASCII format (doc/rhide.txt), in HTML format (doc/rhide.html), DVI format (doc/rhide.dvi) and as an INFO file in (doc/rhide.info). The INFO file is also used as online help within RHIDE. This could be done, because Salvador Eduardo Tropea wrote a very great INFO viewer for use with RHIDE. The primary site for the archives is at my WWW site and the RHIDE home, from where you can download the archives, is: http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~rho/rhide.html The documentation is also online on this site available: http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~rho/rhide/rhide.html For all of you, who is intyerested in it, I have included in the archives two sample projects and the generated makefiles, to build most of the GNU fileutils version 3.12 and also I have ported the GNU debugger GDB version 4.16. These samples are in the directory 'src/rhide/example'. And at last. With this version of RHIDE it is possible to include other project files (.gpr) in a project. But this is not tested enough by me and I haven't written it in the documentation. Please test this feature and mail me any problems with (and also other problems with RHIDE). -- ***************************************************************** * Robert Hoehne, Fakultaet fuer Mathematik, TU-Chemnitz-Zwickau * * Post: Am Berg 3, D-09573 Dittmannsdorf * * e-Mail: Robert DOT Hoehne AT Mathematik DOT TU-Chemnitz DOT DE * * WWW: http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~rho * *****************************************************************
