I have been using the DJ SB-lib ver 0.5.  And it has been working fine.
Except on my freinds Packard Bell 150mhz Pentium.  

It has a SB Pro compat, and works fine with other programs set to SB-pro.

And it even works ok with the SB-Lib.  But then it starts to play with 
'Static.'  We have been able to isolate the insident with Hard Drive loads.

Once and a while (every 10 times or so), the sound will change between 
sounding OK, and static sounding, when we load something from the Hard Disk.
It does the same thing when in Win95.  While the sound is playing from 
DOS, I open some Notepads up and the sound starts to shift between normal 
and not.  

I have tested it with another Protected mode MOD player, and it does not 
repeat the same situation.  I checked the code to make sure it was 
initing the DMA/DSP/Interrupts correctly, and everything seems to match.

What could cause such an unual event.
