When I first run it, everything works fine, but when I exit and run it again the response of the editor becomes very jumpy. This problem happens if I run under Dos using CWSDMPI, under Windows 3.11 and under Windows 95. I'm not at all sure what the cause could be, and I will mail the author about this too to see if he might have a clue, but it's a bit annoying. If I compile with Borland C++ for real mode everything is fine, but I really want to compile with DJGPP, party because this gives me long file names under Win95 using a great editor. BTW, the version of Jed in question is Jed 0.F97.14, and I compiled it using the DJGPP make file, which I think was designed for DJGPP v1.x, which could possibly be part of the problem. If anyone has compiled Jed, or has any ideas, I'd love to hear them. -- Take a look in Hagbard's World: | w3ng - The WWW Norton Guide reader. http://www.acemake.com/hagbard | ng2html - The NG to HTML converter.
