I have a wierd problem.  I have the DJ Sound blaster Libs, installed in 
my game.  It works fine on my SB comp. 1.0/1.5 mono setup.

My partner has a Packard Bell 150mhz Pentium.  He has a SB pro comp. card 
in it.  When the game runs it's distorted, even if we run sb_test.exe.

We also tried several different speeds, 11000, 22000, 41000, 22222, 22050 
etc.  It seems random as when I run it sometimes it works, and sometimes 
its distorted.

We tried it with win95, win95 dos prompt, and win95 dos mode.

What's going on here?
