The FAQ says:- > [Or] try looking for RSXWDK on Cica mirrors, e.g. > ftp://ftp.cica.indiana.edu/pub/pc/win3/programr/rsxwdk2s.zip. It is not there now. It has been moved to ftp.winsite.com/pub/pc/win3/programr/rsx*.zip :- rsxnt1.zip 386101 Create Win32 apps with RSXNT and EMX GNU-C/C++ compiler rsxwdk2b.zip 283090 Build 32bit Win apps with GNU-C/C++ (1/2) [binaries] rsxwdk2s.zip 301360 Build 32bit Win apps with GNU-C/C++ (2/2) [source] rsxwin3b.zip 102689 rsxwin:run 32-bit emx/dos programs in a window (That directory's index file also lists rsxwin2a.zip 59288 Run EMX/GCC programs in a MS-Windows 3.1 window but I can't find the file.) The FAQ says:- > You will also need a resource compiler, e.g. > ftp://ftp.aiai.ed.ac.uk/pub/packages/tex2rtf/rtfutils/hcp505.zip. I FTP logged in (anonymous) to ftp.aiai.ed.ac.uk , but as I was working my way down its directory tree, when I reached /pub/packages/tex2rtf/rtfutils/ something sent "permission denied" to me and wouldn't let me go further in.
