QDPMI sucks. Use CWSDPMI instead. It comes free with V2. (CWSDPMI has one bug I've heard of, which happens when you allocate lots of memory in small pieces. QDPMI... a list of the bugs I've heard of here would be longer than my 5 K backscroll buffer.) -- .*.
