You can't strip an EXE file.  You have to strip the COFF file, then
re-stubify it.

	gcc ... -o lbb
	strip lbb
	coff2exe lbb

Or, strip it when you link:

	gcc ... -s -o lbb.exe

Linux uses shared libraries, whereas djgpp puts the library in the
executable.
