The person receiving the >code would need only to run the program under Windows, right? True. However, it doesn't run in a 'window', it runs in a DOS shell. Any person viewing this might be deceived into thinking that the program can in fact be run in DOS, and there you are. For cryin' out loud - what's so durn tough about distributing CWSDPMI with the program? All those commercial games out there distribute DOS4GW, and their users don't run into problems. I have contemplated distributing some of my programs, to the point of actually creating distribution files, and I just include CWSDPMI in the distribution, with instructions in the README to keep it in the same directory as the program. The only problem is that I can't friggin' upload from Genie to the Net... :( John
