Indeed.  The DJGPP FAQ list mentions these two sites:

  Canberra, Australia:
       archie.au, directory /micros/pc/SimTel/vendors/djgpp

  Newcastle, Australia:
       ftp.iniaccess.net.au, directory /pub/SimTel/vendors/djgpp

Please check carefully that the latest versions of the files are there 
before you begin downloading.  The files v2/djdev200.zip, 
v2gnu/gcc272b.zip and v2gnu/lgp271b.zip should all be dated 22-Feb-96 or 
later.  Some SimTel mirrors are notoriously slow in updating lately.
