See lang/cxx/bool.h. I didn't say it isn't copyrighted, just that it isn't LGPL. The copyright notice makes it copyrighted freeware, like the DJGPP C library. I doubt that keeping the copyright message (in either DJGPP or STL) will bother anybody.
