I solved this by renaming the V1 go32.exe to _go32.exe and the I stubedited the V1-programs to call _go32 as the extender. In this case you can put _go32.exe somewhere in your PATH, also in the V2 bin-directory and every V1-program, that I have sutbedited, works now fine.
