	Folks:  For those who're interested in TCPLIB for
DJGPP, take a look at:

	FWIW. this is Engelke's (WATTCP's orig author) own
anon-FTP sub-dir and I've seen, but haven't d/l'd, the latest
and greatest version of TCPLIB, for DJGPP 2.0 !

	BTW, he didn't do the port (according to the assoc'd
README.)
