I do not know anyone working on porting fdlibm to the PC. [But in fact I downloaded fdlibm in order to look for some useable/new code.] I think you are talking of a libm for DOS/DJGPP? I would like to invite you to use the Linux/i386 code and share the efforts of maintaing a free libm. I am currently looking for some better code for the IEEE special number handling ind some special functions.
