You only need to upload the new files if you're having problems with the old ones, but you might want to update djdev200.zip anyway to get the fixed ftell(). For the record, I'm not doing maint releases for V2. They caused too much confusion in V1. The next V2 release (well, officially) will be 2.01. The GNU programs will be updated asynchronously to core releases (hence the separate directory) as new releases come out.
