The version was almost certainly V2 beta 3 with a small chance that it was beta 2. I didn't mount beta 4 or 5 but went directly to V2.0. I'll look more carefully at the error messages with the -D_POSIX_SOURCE set. This setting will bypass the bulk of ! There may be some flags within that block of code which should be moved outside.
