Subject: basic help with djgpp

Hi, 
        I downloaded djgpp the other day, and followed the instructions on
installing it I found in readme.1st. However, I haven't been able to get
anything to compile yet because djgpp can't find the include files. I know
that they're installed, and it looks like my djgpp.env file has the right path. 
Can anyone help me out? Thanks
