Subject: Where is LIBC2.TEX ?

	Without d/l'g the GNU originals, where can I get a copy
of LIBC2.TEX, to complete the C RTL documentation ?  I finally
got EMTEX working over the weekend and would like a hard copy
of the manual.  (BTW, LIBC2.TEX is ref'd in the LIBC.TEX file
in the DJGPP sub-dir....)
