Nothing personal to you, and please don't take offense, but this
question gets asked literally about once per day.

Can we customize majordomo so that it detects this question and
provides an automated response?  Clearly a FAQ is not solving the
problem.

At least, not this particular problem.

(Okay, I was kidding about majordomo.  :-)

The answer is that, in addition to #include <iostream.h> at the top
of your program, you need to reference the gpp libraries after your
filename in the call to gpp.

gpp <filename> -lgpp
