I am trying to build a 68hc11 cross compiler for DJGPP and Linux host platforms. The cross compiler readme says to obtain gcc2.6.3 sources. I can't find them on any gnu mirror, so I tried 2.7.1 with DJGPP and 2.7.2 with Linux. There are some makefile errors which are unexpected, so I thought I'll stick to the notes and use gcc 2.6.3 Where can I get gcc263s.zip ??? Are these modified for DJGPP enviroment or are they the PURE gnu sources just repackaged in zip file ??? Brendan Simon brendan AT rdt DOT monash DOT edu DOT au -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am looking for the gcc 2.6.3 source archive. All the GNU mirrors have 2.5.8 and 2.7.2 in .tar.gz form. The only way I can see to obtain 2.6.3 is to get the 2.5.8 archive, then apply all the patches up to 2.6.3. Am I right ??? or is there a ftp site somewhere where I can get 2.6.3 in ONE archive. ie gcc-2.6.3.tar.gz I would imagine this be possible as gcc 2.6.3 seems to be the most common version of gcc; at least on the unix platforms I've been using. I assume it is the latest stable version. Can someone point me in the right direction. Brendan Simon brendan AT rdt DOT monash DOT edu DOT au
