This is strange, since the error message comes from CWSDPMI (exception handlers not set up yet) and all else looks normal. The ESP value would tend to indicate an image size of only 75Kbytes (STUBIFY?) so gcc -v would help track this down a bit. Are you TSR'ing CWSDPMI or letting it load automatically?
