Subject: Where is the archive?

The last time I was able to use ftp, the file I downloaded said I
could get djgpp by ftpmail from archive-server AT omnigate DOT clarkson DOT edu.
Unfortunately, every request I've sent there over the last two months
has brought a series of three messages saying my message hasn't been
delivered to the server. Can anyone tell me where I can get djgpp (and
most especially faq102.zip) now?
